“To Err is Human.” —Alexander Pope
Every one of us gets it wrong sometimes. We snap. We withdraw. We say something we wish we could take back. We fall back into old habits. Ouch.
This workshop takes a playful, safe look at making mistakes, the strange ways we respond after we’ve messed up, and how to repair in ways that rebuild trust instead of creating distance.
You can expect:
We take the approach that everyone is doing the best they can with the tools they have. And at the same time, we need to know: another mistake will come.
Let’s learn how to meet it with grace, integrity, and respect for ourselves and others.
The workshop will be facilitated by:
Experienced psychotherapist and certified leadership coach Beth Jenson. She is running: ‘The Space Between’ and helps individuals and teams to create more meaningful, human-centered ways of working.
