I’m a leadership consultant, executive coach, psychotherapist, and certified coaching supervisor.
My work is driven by a simple belief: when the space between people is healthier, the whole system benefits.
I partner with leaders and teams to co-create solutions that bring meaningful, systemic impact. With over 15,000 client hours, I’ve taught Executive Coaching at Henley Business School, worked with Microsoft as a preferred vendor, and delivered hundreds of custom workshops worldwide.
I’m an ICF-PCC certified coach, coaching supervisor, licensed psychotherapist, and Fearless Organization certified practitioner.
My niche includes coaching neurodiverse professionals within Adaptive Leadership principles and helping highly technical teams strengthen emotional intelligence and psychological safety.
As a thought partner, I offer space to ideate, plan, create clarity, and regain energy — always with research-based methods, practical strategies, and a touch of humor.
Originally from Seattle, I relocated to Copenhagen in 2019 with my husband and two teenagers, and we love calling Denmark home.
